Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Quick Pic QR ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the service
You may use the Service to create events, collect photos from guests via QR codes, and download photos after payment. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not upload content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account and payment
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Payment to unlock and download event photos is processed via Stripe. Fees are as shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property and content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (storage, display, and delivery of photos). Event owners are responsible for having appropriate rights or consent for guest-uploaded photos. The Quick Pic QR name, logo, and product are our property.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and contact
