Who owns what: your photos, the license we need to run the Service, and our own brand and content.
Last updated: August 2026
You own your photos
Event owners and guests retain full ownership of every photo they upload. We claim no ownership over your content, ever.
The license you grant us
To run the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your uploaded photos — for example, generating thumbnails, serving them in your gallery, and bundling them into a ZIP for download. This license exists only so we can operate Quick Pic QR on your behalf and ends when the content is deleted, per our retention settings or our Account Deletion Policy.
Responsibility for guest-uploaded content
Event owners are responsible for having appropriate rights or consent for photos guests upload to their event — for example, making sure guests are comfortable having their photos included. We are not able to review every upload and rely on event owners and guests to use the Service appropriately.
Our brand and site content
The Quick Pic QR name, logo, and product design are our property. Website content we author — including blog posts, guides, and marketing copy — is copyright Quick Pic QR. You may read, link to, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Third-party material
Some elements of the Service (fonts, icons, open-source libraries) are licensed from third parties under their own terms. Those licenses govern that material, not this policy.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Quick Pic QR infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us via the Contact page with details and we'll investigate promptly.
